Once the boat is unloaded with the catches of the season, we get down to business with processing the fish so that it can be sold to our customers.

We are a premier provider of the highest quality of fresh seafood.  We use only the fish caught off the Alaskan shores, which is known to carry the best seafood around. Here at Tanner’s Fresh Fish Processing, we have fresh caught Alaskan king crab, fresh caught scallops, Alaskan halibut and spotted shrimp. We can handle large order requests and we can ship to just about anywhere.

Our fresh fish processing is a method by which the fish you catch in Alaska is cut to your specifications, vacuum packed and flash frozen.

All fish is processed the same day it is dropped off and ready to be picked up or shipped the next day. We provide the largest catches, which are perfect for a nice and healthy meal.
