To successfully make 6 servings of Tanner’s Curried Alaskan Seafood Bake, you’ll need the following items:

- 5 oz. Tanner’s Alaskan Razor Clams
- 5 oz. Tanner’s Alaskan King Crab
- 4 tbsp. Unsalted Butter, Melted
- ½ cup Salted Crackers, Crushed
- 1 cup Elbow Macaroni, Cooked
- ¼ cup Scallions, Chopped
- 3 tbsp. Flour, All Purpose
- 1 cup Sour Cream, Plain
- 1-3/4 cup Whole Milk
- ½ tsp, Curry Powder
- ½ tsp. Salt
Preparation
Next, spoon the Alaskan Seafood mixture into a lightly greased, 2-quart casserole dish. Spread the Alaskan Seafood mixture out so it fills the dish evenly. When you are finished, melt the remaining tablespoon of butter and add it to the crushed crackers.
Once the crackers have been covered with butter, sprinkle them over top of the curried Alaskan seafood. Afterward, place the curried Alaskan seafood casserole into a pre-heated, 350 degree Fahrenheit oven for roughly 25 to 30 minutes. When the curried Alaskan seafood casserole has finished cooking, serve it with the winter vegetable of your choice, buttered rolls and white wine.
