We then vacuum pack each piece to ensure the very finest smoked salmon money can buy. Requires refrigeration. We offer 3 flavors to choose from Traditional, Black Pepper, and Cajun. Alaskan Cod:

Our Cod fillets are freshly caught in the Gulf of Alaska. Boned, with the skin removed, they are super tasty and low in calories. This is an excellent source of high-quality protein and essential nutrients.
