Because our halibut is line caught, the stresses to the fish are exponentially minimized thus ensuring a high quality, perfectly textured and flavored meat. Our wild Alaskan halibut cheeks are a true delicacy delivered to your door. All of our Halibut is hand trimmed, packaged in clear vacuum sealed bags and flash frozen to preserve freshness.

Shipping Details

We ship Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday for next day delivery. You must place your order one day prior to the day it will ship out before 3pm Alaska time (AKDT).

Example:

An order placed before 3pm (AKDT) Tuesday will arrive on Thursday
An order placed after 3pm (AKDT) Tuesday will arrive on Friday.

We ship to the continental USA. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada may incur additional charges.

Damages

If your product arrives damaged please photograph the damaged box or items and email to us a.s.a.p.

Thank you for a perfect experience. I am impressed by the thoughtful packing which made my shipment well preserved. Living in Tucson summer order can be challenging for fresh seafood. If the packaging must be ready to withstand 115 degree weather . Tanners has always been a quality consistent source and their attention to proper packaging ensures a fresh product .

Fish Fry mania!!

I ordered all the cheeks, for a fish fry fundraiser. This was perfect. We had less work due to them being reasonable sized. And they were still meaty and delicious. I am all in for Tanners, no shipping and great product!!
