Our Alaskan King Salmon is sustainably harvested in the Cook Inlet. Like its name infers, King Salmon is the best of the best; it is rich in flavor, gorgeous in color, firm in texture, and delicious in flavor.

All of our King Salmon is hand-trimmed, packaged in clear vacuum-sealed bags, and flash-frozen to preserve freshness. Pin Bone Information:

The reason our salmon have pin bones in them is that to remove the pin bones the fish has to rest for 36 to 48 hours before the pin bones will release, (basically the fish starts its decomposition process) our fish are processed the same day the fish was caught, the fish is less than 24 hours old by the time it is frozen that ensures the freshest product available. We pride ourselves on having the freshest fish available and with our salmon being the best it requires a little more prep time to prepare the fish prior to cooking. The pin bones can be pulled easily after the product is thawed or cut out.

We do sell tails only with our salmon and that section of the salmon has no bones.

Shipping Details

We ship Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday for next-day delivery. You must place an order one day prior to the day it will ship out before 4 pm Alaska time (AKDT).

Example:

• An order placed before 4 pm (AKDT) Tuesday will arrive on Thursday
• An order placed after 4 pm (AKDT) Tuesday will arrive on the following tuesday

We ship to the continental USA. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada may incur additional charges.
