This chef-prized fish is known for its high-fat content and velvety mouthfeel. Chilean sea bass has a rich, melt in your mouth texture. With its white flesh and flaky meat, you can use this in just about any white fish recipe. It accepts all spices and forgives very easy with any cooking method.
The Chilean sea bass it is not actually considered a bass, but was named so in the last century because it was thought to sound better than its true name (Antarctic Toothfish).

flaky, tender, light flavor when cooked
though, now i remember why i so rarely choose to cook Chilean Seabass at home. it's so hard to get the oils and thus the smell out of the kitchen from the raw fish.
This fish, Chilean Sea Bass, is so fresh, so tender (if not overcooked), so mild and delicious, I'm glad I ordered a lot!
I like fish, a regular staple of mine. The Sea Bass was awesome, nice & firm. It made some tremendous tacos!
