Halibut cheeks with are good for a little "Andy's or Zatarain's" and a bit of oil in a cast iron frying pan; quick and excellent. Gave halibut to a couple friends, now it is one of their favorites. Crab legs and claws we ate; awesome taste and jumbos have plenty of meat. The Dungeness Crab sections were almost as good as the King Crag.

Tasty fish, substantial texture, and no fishy aftertaste. Holds up in the pan when frying it. Thick enough to bite into and get a full meal feeling afterwards.
