Shipping and Refund Policy

Tanner’s Seafood currently ships to residential and commercial addresses (PO Boxes for non-Frozen product only this will be via USPS) all the rest ship in the continental US via Fedex Express.

We ship to Alaska and Hawaii via Fedex Express. An additional rate of $50 applies to each box. We Can ship to Canadian addresses but there is an additional charge that will be determined by your address and we will need to speak with you (907-567-3222) prior to any shipments.

Most orders process the next business day. You will receive an email shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order is processed.

If you refuse the package upon delivery there is no warranty or refund!! No matter how late the product is. We need proof the product is bad before we can credit or refund you. Most packages are still fresh if they arrive late and we pack our boxes to last 72 hours. Overnight delivery is not guaranteed to Hawaii or Alaska if shipped to either location customers assume all responsibility for product there will be no credit or refunds to these locations since FedEx cannot guarantee timely delivery. Ship to those locations at your own risk.
