Calamari Steaks
Calamari Steaks are an extremely simple and versatile product. The steaks weigh approximately 4 – 6 ounces each and are about a quarter inch thick. Upon receipt, the steaks need no further preparation are ready to cook.
Grilled, breaded steaks, strips with chips or over a salad, there are many applications for your entrees or appetizers. Made from the finest Calamari, our steaks are tenderized and all natural for a great fresh flavor.
Very mild in taste with a chewy yet tender texture, similar to that of Jumbo Scallops. Best served breaded and pan seared with your favorite sauce of choice ~ we recommend a Lemon Caper sauce. Even a great appetizer to serve deep-fried in bite-sized strips, accompanied with a simple tartar sauce.
Steaks are shipped in vacuum sealed bags 2 steaks per bag.

Our calamari, fish and crab leg order was just delivered today and arrived perfectly frozen and immaculately packaged for ultimate freshness. Very impressive packing job. I just cooked up our calamari steaks tonight. They were INCREDIBLE, so tender, so fresh. My kids raved about the calamari and said they wanted it again tomorrow. I did not do anything fancy like frying, I just baked it in a covered pyrex with lemon, butter and herbamare organic seasoning salt. It doesn’t get any more simple, but it was sooooo delicious. When I say tender, I am not kidding, just make sure you don’t over cook. We cooked ours for about 14 min at 350 in a covered pyrex to keep all the moisture in. This will be a staple for us.
