The raw flesh may have a natural blue-green tint that fully disappears when cooked, leaving beautiful snow-white fillets.

Wonderful

My Husband has been has not been well, 85 and just a love and hankering for Ling cod. He was always used to going out and catching his own and spoke about a charter trip for his birthday. I figured it would be too much for him and then saw your Tannerfish add for fresh, delivered Ling cod. I placed an order and we were very impressed by the freshness and packaging and the excellent delivery of our order. My husband sure has enjoyed his Ling cod. Thanks Vivienne.

Awesome seafood

I come from a commercial fisherman’s family, and my husband’s Dad was one of the pioneers of King Crab.
We also lived in Alaska for many years. The quality of your spot prawns and ling cod and sea scallops are EXCELLENT!

All good as usual except I was disappointed with the rockfish this time. The pieces were thin and darker than previously. Fish tasted fishy, as well.
