The filets are firm and most of the time boneless. The price is way less per pound when comaring them to halibut and grouper. It's a win win for both sides. Tanner's fresh seafood simply cannot be beat for the freshness and the price!

Being from the East Coast, this is a completely different “Rock Fish”, that said, like all Pacific Water fish, it’s better. We fished for it a few years back in Alaska, we were hooked! Been buying ever since. Great tasting fish that can be used for so many dishes. Must try and re-buy!
