Our wild Alaskan halibut cheeks are a true delicacy delivered to your door. All of our Halibut is hand trimmed, packaged in clear vacuum sealed bags and flash frozen to preserve freshness.

Shipping Details

We ship Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday for next day delivery. You must place your order one day prior to the day it will ship out before 3pm Alaska time (AKDT).

Example:

An order placed before 3pm (AKDT) Tuesday will arrive on Thursday
An order placed after 3pm (AKDT) Tuesday will arrive on Friday.

We ship to the continental USA. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada may incur additional charges.

Halibut Cheeks: yummy!

OMG is halibut cheek a fantastic seafood and worth every penny! Best preparation is an even thickness layer of halibut in a covered pyrex dish, with butter and lots of breadcrumbs over the fish. Microwave 5 minutes plus on power level 8. Use a digital thermometer: if you keep the center to 140 to 145 degrees Farenheit and no hotter, you get the taste and texture of lobster. Enjoy!
