Tanner's fish is always good. My package was mailed on Wednesday and arrived on Saturday. The fish still partially frozen (32-degrees F). I put it in the freezer as soon as I unpacked it. Based on Tanner's 38-degree max temperature rule, I assume it is ok.

I don't know how FedX can charge for overnight delivery for multiple day service. Apparently, FedX is the only overnight delivery service from Alaska.

Tanner's Rocks Out with their ALASKAN ROCK FISH

This is the best kept secret when it comes to buying fresh tasting and nutritious rock fish from Tanners. Their Alaskan RockFish are quickly filleted on their boats and flash frozen. The filets are firm and most of the time boneless. The price is way less per pound when comaring them to halibut and grouper. It's a win win for both sides. Tanner's fresh seafood simply cannot be beat for the freshness and the price!
