Wild Chilean Sea Bass

This chef-prized fish is known for its high-fat content and velvety mouthfeel. Chilean sea bass has a rich, melt in your mouth texture. With its white flesh and flaky meat, you can use this in just about any white fish recipe. It accepts all spices and forgives very easy with any cooking method.

The Chilean sea bass it is not actually considered a bass, but was named so in the last century because it was thought to sound better than its true name (Antarctic Toothfish).

These are sold in Skin off 6oz portions. 1-6oz portion per order.

Satisfaction

Ordered king crab legs wonderful. Ordered the chili and Seabass melting your mouth. Unbelievable. Split them with a friend. Can’t wait to order Giant scallops and some shrimp. Thank you.

delightful
flaky, tender, light flavor when cooked

though, now i remember why i so rarely choose to cook Chilean Seabass at home. it's so hard to get the oils and thus the smell out of the kitchen from the raw fish.

This fish, Chilean Sea Bass, is so fresh, so tender (if not overcooked), so mild and delicious, I'm glad I ordered a lot!
