Terrible first, and last experience

My order was almost $1600. It was my first time to not use my long-term Alaska crab and seafood company I’ve used. I wanted to try you and see if I can switch because it looked like your product was very good.

Your shipment was delayed by 2 1/2 three days, and it completely disintegrated and was mushy, melted all over my condominiums meal room, I had to pay a fine because of it, and it completely stunk. In addition, I asked for my money back, saying I paid for insurance to protect it and you told me I had to dig through my trash to prove to you that the boxes were ruined. I went out at midnight in my pajamas because it already was thrown away and dug it out and took photos and sent them because you said you had to have them.

Then you responded and said your insurance company wouldn’t take it and you offered me only half back on a store credit remember, this is my first experience and it is going to be my only experience based on how you have treated me in this. I then went out and dug further in a very stinky trash bin and found product and took pictures of that and sent it to you you did nothing you didn’t respond. I had to call the credit card company to report you. They are dealing with you now. Shame on you you stole $1600 for me and gave me nothing unforgivable.
