Your Order Includes the Following Premium Items:

• Tanner's Smoked Turkey: You will receive one (1) fully smoked turkey, with a finished weight ranging from 8.25 lbs to 9.5 lbs. (Please note: The pre-smoked weight of the turkey is approximately 12 lbs to 13 lbs.)

• Alaskan Snow Crab: This package also contains ten (10) pounds of premium Snow Crab legs and claws.

Smoked Turkey
Fully Cooked – Ready to Heat and Serve

Heating Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
2. Remove turkey from packaging. Reserve any juices from the bag.
3. Wrap turkey in aluminum foil along with any reserved juices from the bag.
4. Place wrapped turkey in a 2-inch-deep roasting pan.
5. In a separate small pan, add water and place below the turkey in the oven to
help prevent drying.
6. Bake for 10–15 minutes per pound, or until the internal temperature reaches
165°F as measured with a food thermometer.
7. Remove from oven and let rest for 10–15 minutes before carving.
Safe Handling Instructions:
This product was smoked and fully cooked. However, for best quality and safety,
heat thoroughly to 165°F before serving.
 Keep refrigerated at 40°F or below.
 Use within 5–7 days of opening or freeze for longer storage.
