Tanner's Gourmet Spice

We were in Soldotna/Sterling/Kenai/Homer two years ago and only bought one of these and went through it pretty quickly. Our friends went last year, so we asked them to bring back two more, and we just purchased an additional two this most recent trip...we don't want to get caught without it!

Perfect spice for making a butter sauce for lobster!

This is one of the best seasonings i have in the spice cabinet. I have all our friends using it now as well. Use instead of blackening spice when frying fish (salmon tuna rockfish east coast version called stripers even flounder or halibut) - just fantastic!! Great on pork chops too! Dont forget that deer meat - deer burgers grilled with this on them are excellent!

Love this spice!! It’s great on all of the seafood, veggies, pork, chicken, you name it. My absolute favorite and it’s a big bottle! It’ll last awhile. It’s our #1 spice we also take camping with us.
