We ship Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday for next-day delivery. You must place an order one day before the day it will ship out before 4pm Alaska time (AKDT).

Example:

An order placed before 4pm (AKDT) Tuesday will arrive on Thursday
An order placed after 4pm (AKDT) Tuesday will arrive the next Tuesday

We ship to the continental USA. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada may incur additional charges.

Arrived in So Cal cold but thawed / NOT frozen!

This was my first order with Tanners, and I was excited to receive my crab legs after reading all the 5-star reviews. The crab legs arrived via 2nd day FedEx in the late afternoon, and I was very surprised to discover the crab legs were cold but completely defrosted. I was ordering them for a special occasion and that meant I would have to be re-freezing the previously frozen crab legs, which I am not happy about. I should have read the shipping disclaimer more closely. I assumed FedEx shipping meant overnight, which it was not, and that the crab legs would arrive frozen, which they were not. They were also smaller than anticipated and from what is shown in the picture of the girl holding up the legs (the picture does not specifically say if she is actually holding up the 'jumbo' legs, or larger ones). The crab legs look fresh (have not tasted yet) but again, for the price, am slightly disappointed in the size and more disappointed the very pricey seafood (I also ordered halibut and scallops) arrived chilled but NOT frozen as anticipated.
