These Petite Fillets, cut from the smallest fish in the catch, offer the ideal serving size. Each boneless and skinless portion weighs 6 ounces.

Renowned as one of the finest eating fish globally, Alaskan Halibut is celebrated for its firm, pearly white flesh, ensuring a memorable dining experience no matter how you prepare it. Harvested wild and fresh from the Gulf of Alaska, our Petite Halibut fillets are skinless, boneless, and come in 6-oz packages. They are perfect for grilling, deep frying, or skillet cooking. Each piece is hand-trimmed, packaged in clear, vacuum-sealed bags, and flash-frozen to preserve freshness. Portions vary in size and shape, cut from the entire fillet to reduce waste, with 2-6oz portions per order.

Nutritional Information: Natural Alaskan Halibut is an excellent source of high-quality protein and contains mainly healthy unsaturated fats. We ship on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday with next-day delivery. Orders must be placed by 4 pm Alaska Daylight Time (AKDT) at least one day before shipping. For example, orders placed before 4 pm on Tuesday arrive on Thursday; orders placed after 4 pm on Tuesday arrive the following Tuesday. Shipping covers the continental USA; extra fees apply for Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada.
