Our boneless, skinless halibut chunks are batter-ready and delightfully easy to prepare. These are wonderful when either dipped in batter and deep fried or breaded and baked. In fact these versatile chunks are great in just about any seafood dish. As with any fish always check for bones.

Halibut is an excellent source of high-quality protein and minerals while being low in sodium, fat, and calories.

Shipping Details

We ship Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday for next day delivery. You must place your order one day prior to the day it will ship out before 3pm Alaska time (AKDT).

Example:

An order placed before 3pm (AKDT) Tuesday will arrive on Thursday
An order placed after 3pm (AKDT) Tuesday will arrive on Friday.

We ship to the continental USA. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada may incur additional charges.

Frozen at arrival

I was very concerned that the purchase would be mush at arrival... nay..nay... still frozen from Alaska to Eastern Tennessee. Very happy about that. Now the product... is exactly as we remembered from our trip to Anchorage 15 years ago... very pleased with the process and the product. Will order again...
