• Premium Yelloweye Rockfish: The "King" of rockfish. Yelloweye are famous for their brilliant orange color and large, succulent flakes. Because they are slower-growing and highly prized for their robust, lobster-like sweetness, they are a true gourmet treat. Perfect for when you want a standout seafood centerpiece.

• Mixed Species (Featuring Black Rockfish): A fantastic everyday value that doesn't skimp on quality. This selection primarily features Black Rockfish, known for its mild flavor and firm, white flesh. It’s an incredibly versatile fish that holds up beautifully to grilling, frying, or blackened seasoning. Depending on the daily catch, this mix may also include other delicious local varieties like Dusky Rockfish.

• Shipping Days: We ship Monday through Wednesday via next-day delivery (Continental USA).

• Order Cutoff: Please place your order by 3:30 PM AKDT the day before your intended shipping date.

  • Example: Order by 3:30 PM Tuesday to have your fish shipped Wednesday for a Thursday arrival.
