I ordered these steaks with my last order, had never tried them before. Cooked on the grill, and it was amazing!! Very tender, not gamey but had a wonderful flavor. Highly recommend!!

They were quite a new experience forvus. We served them as part of a frand newcyears eve dinner including moose. We were pleased to have found you. These medallions traveled 4700 miles to our home on Penobscot Bay in midcoast Maone.
