Wonderful!

Ordered 6# in December. Recently made 2# of them into Salmon Candy, a true smoky, maple, brown sugar treat! Very easy to do, keeps well, and a rich and healthy treat! Going to try them seasoned and lightly broiled as a protein on a salad.
DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED!
