I haven't tried the shrimp

This shipment has the largest, nicest fillets of all the orders I have made so far. Pior orders were small and thin. This order, WOW!! The ones I have cooked from this order so far have been great.

I understand it’s what most available and freshest , but 13 lbs of 16 lbs total was salmon collars and coho filets . It seemed slightly skewed to what’s most profitable then necessarily freshest because the value is diminished in terms of price per pound when it’s primarily collars and coho. Really good with shipping and packaging .
