I think folks need to know when is the best time.to order things. I love the sm p ked collars but was really hoping for 8 lbs of crab claws. All in all the scallops are scrumptious, the octopus brought back memories and the spot shrimp are awesome

The collars arrive overnight frozen. They are as good as if you had gone to Alaska to pick them up. I recommend them.

Mixed peices of salmon with whipped cream cheese.(.gently).not moshed up.. and a little thin sliced green onion ...spread on thin sliced soft bruschetta bread...very tasty not over powering..now that's really well made..brushetta...wow..
