Smoked Salmon Bellies

We use Wild Alaskan Sockeye, and Coho Salmon to make this tasty treat. It is produced using the prime part of any salmon, the belly, Juicy, oily and sure to please. Comes in 4 to 12 oz. vacuum sealed portions. These are very messy to eat but they are Awesome.

Salmon Bellies are on the bottom of the fillet, and exceptionally tasty. Bellies have been a long-kept secret by commercial fisherman, and we are one of the only suppliers of this special gourmet product. If you like a very moist, very flavorful smoked salmon... you'll love these.

So tasty, my favorite Alaskan treat

I ordered 2 lbs with my order and received 4 packages of 0.5lbs each. This was great for portion control, otherwise they would disappear very quickly. Some pieces are juicy and tender, some are more like jerky, and they all taste amazing. I've ordered before, and plan to order again.
